What a great day we had at Family Day! Stephen gave us a tour of the facilities which are very impressive and we had a great lunch. We met lots of other families doing the same thing we are - little kids and mom or dad starting med school. It's wonderful to know we are there to support each other!
The White Coat Ceremony was very special. After a brief program, each student's name was read, they received their white coat, "signed in" to the College of the Medicine and then shook the Dean's hand. Stephen's parents joined us for the day and we were all very proud when he walked across the stage - Jeremiah even added a "Hi Daddy!"
And here they are...the Class of 2012!
I'm so excited for all of you. This will be a great adventure and you'll make a terrific Dr. family. :)
