Thank God I'm a Country Boy

Ok, not entirely true.

Our son was not raised in the country. Neither was I. Or my husband.

My mom was - does that count?

I don't think Jeremiah would have minded it one bit if he had been raised on a farm.

Deep down, I think he is a country boy - animals, tractors, wide open spaces - they all suit him perfectly.

So he was right at home at our county fair this week.

It's all about the tractors. Antique ones at that - anywhere from 1934 to 1958.

I have to admit, I thought it was pretty cool too.

Jeremiah even wore his John Deere overalls to really get into the action.

And of course I have pictures to commemorate the occasion...
